TV Addict?

Well for nature programmes anyway.
Let me expand for you... Miss Yo Yo and I were watching the amazing series on here TV at the moment - Planet Earth.
This not quite an hour long programme manages to keep Miss Yo Yo glued to the screen, making those little meow I wanna pounce and play and kill and eat it sounds.
It's a riot watching the 32 muscles in her ears do the 180 degree dance, crouch down and do the little bum wriggle and on one occasion take a flying leap past the side of the TV where she thought a particularly delectable looking flock of birds were meant to be flying out!
Not only does it keep Miss Yo Yo captivated, it keeps me too! How can one explain the impact of watching a male polar bear swimming more than 100 kilometres out to sea for food, failing at trying to catch a walrus (injured badly in the process) and then digging out a hallow in the large pebbled beach, to lay down and eventually die...
the rarely seen lions hunting elephant - filmed in the dark with infared camera's (not even the humans could see) they filmed 30 lions working together to bring down an elephant that would feed the pride for a week at the height of the drought...
the amazing ability of grass to grow virtually on every continent in the world - from the artic north (a tundra larger than Australia) where five million birds migrate to bred on a landscape bereft of trees, to being destroyed by fire, to growing taller than an elephant!
An amazing documentary of our world as it is now, of what will be lost due to the influence of humans.. a beautiful, stunning, awe inspiring, heart rending legacy for those who may only ever see a polar bear stuffed in a museum!
