Tight Shorts, Rucking and Champagne!
Finally managed to upload my pictures of a fabulous afternoon out with Mr S, Miss A and Mr M at the opening double header of the English rugby season last weekend!
Work kindly offered tickets to see the Harlequins v London Irish & Saracens v London Wasps in our Corporate Box and I managed to secure four! Yay me!
So off we all went for an wonderful afternoon of drinking champagne, eating peanuts and crisps whilst watching men is tight shorts running round, tackling, rucking and playing great games of football!
The half time entertainment were the littler versions (about age 7 I think) playing each other... giving it as much as the bigger guys! They also had fireworks at the beginning of each game, wicked! As well as the mascots walking round, no fisty cuffs between the opposing mascots though.
It was also an incredible atmosphere.. hardly any police to be seen, fans from different sides cheering for the others scores, everyone smiling and just a general atmosphere of yay, we're at the rugby watching our teams play! A whole lot different from what I hear about the football matches!
Attached are some photos from the day.. guess which ones are the little uns!
